You must scan your Puff DNA sticker found on the back of the outer retail box of your product to Verify and opt into your warranty within 14 days of your Purchase.
Once verifying your product you will have the option to follow the warranty claim instructions to submit your warranty claim. You will be required to provide your Puff Bar Product details during the claiming process.

You must return your approved-for-warranty Puff Bar Product to obtain service on your warranty claim if deemed within the time allotted. Puff Bar is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you, or any purchases made with 3rd party vendors that are not Authorized by Puff Bar.
Puff Bar only warrants the device against defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal conditions and use.
The Puff Warranty Team may request additional details about the device, including: pictures or videos, and may attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service for replacements.
Purchasers claiming replacement devices will be required to age verify, and Puff Bar reserves the right to deny any warranty claims for purchasers who fail to age verify online.
Puff Bar will only honor this Limited Warranty for original purchasers at least 21 years old at the time of purchase.
Puff Bar also reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the warranty claim is fraudulent or designed to avoid the age restriction. In the event your warranty claim is removed or deleted, you may request assistance by contacting the Puff Warranty Team.
Puff Bar requires purchasers to be at least 21 years old to purchase products online, and this age restriction also extends to all warranty replacements, regardless of previous age restrictions. Those below the current age restriction will not be serviced.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase from us directly. Any purchases made in person at a store must be handled directly at the origin of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
